Kenderdine Maths Tutoring

I am Dr Richard Kenderdine, a highly motivated maths and statistics tutor who has been assisting students in the Southern Highlands and beyond since 1995.

All of my tuition is on an individual basis, either face-to-face or online, using appropriate computer equipment. 

In-person tuition occurs in my office in Bowral.

​

I do not employ other tutors.

​

I have 20 years of post-school study in pure and applied mathematics, actuarial studies, surveying, industrial mathematics (management science), applied statistics and spatial statistics.

I have tutored hundreds of secondary school students, predominately in Years 9 to 12 but also in Years 5 to 8.

Additionally I have tutored university students in first and second year mathematics and statistics subjects, both privately and as a sessional tutor at the University of Wollongong. These students have been undertaking studies in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Commerce, Education and Nursing.

Although I could write many words about my teaching methods and how I tailor my approach to the personality and ability of each student it is preferable for the students to speak in their own words. I am available during the following times:

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 8:30pm

Saturday: 8am - 4pm

Sunday: 12 noon - 4pm

The duration of sessions is normally one hour although younger students are often more comfortable with 30 or 45 minutes.
